What is the minimum age for marriage in the Holy Quran?

The sections of this article are:

1-  Children must reach ashuddah🔺(full strength and growth) and adulthood.

2-  Children reaching "the age of marriage" in Noble Verse 4:6.

3-  Female-children becoming "fataaya" (young ladies🌀) become ready to be "wed" (4:25🌀).

      (a)-  "atfaal" اطفال (babies and young children) are not allowed to get married (4:25🌀, 24:59).

4-  After ASHUDDAH, Wisdom and Knowledge from Allah Almighty.

      (a)-  Babies and young children, who have not yet reached ASHUDDAH, don't even have Wisdom and Knowledge developed yet.

  

5-  What about Prophet Muhammad's marriage with 9-year old Aisha?

      (a)-  But still, how is Aisha's age in agreement with the Noble Quran above?

6-  What about Noble Verse 65:4?  Does it not allow marriage with children?  (A conversation between me and a Christian)

7-  Prophet Muhammad's advise to "O young grown-ups (shabab)" (يا معشر الشباب) for marriage.

1-  Children must reach ashuddah (full strength and growth) and adulthood:

Because Allah Almighty created every human to be unique and different, our physical bodies vary.  Yet, in regards to the minimum physical requirements or age for marriage, for both males and females, Allah Almighty had laid it out beautifully for us in the Holy Quran.

Ashuddah in Arabic is derived from the root word shadeed, which means mighty and powerful.  Allah Almighty referred to iron as shadeed (having mighty power) in Noble Verse 57:25.  Let us look at what Allah Almighty Said regarding children reaching their full strength and growth:

১৭:৩৪

وَلَا تَقْرَبُوا مَالَ الْيَتِيمِ إِلَّا بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ حَتَّىٰ يَبْلُغَ أَشُدَّهُ🔺 ۚ وَأَوْفُوا بِالْعَهْدِ ۖ إِنَّ الْعَهْدَ كَانَ مَسْئُولًا

আৰু ইয়াতীমে প্ৰাপ্তবয়স্ক নোহোৱালৈকে সৎ উদ্দেশ্য ব্যতীত তাৰ সম্পত্তিৰ ওচৰলৈকো নাযাবা আৰু তোমালোকে প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি পালন কৰা; নিশ্চয় প্ৰতিশ্ৰুতি সম্পৰ্কে কৈফিয়ত তলব কৰা হ’ব।

৪:৬

وَابْتَلُوا الْيَتَامَىٰ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا بَلَغُوا النِّكَاحَ فَإِنْ آنَسْتُمْ مِنْهُمْ رُشْدًا فَادْفَعُوا إِلَيْهِمْ أَمْوَالَهُمْ ۖ وَلَا تَأْكُلُوهَا إِسْرَافًا وَبِدَارًا أَنْ يَكْبَرُوا ۚ وَمَنْ كَانَ غَنِيًّا فَلْيَسْتَعْفِفْ ۖ وَمَنْ كَانَ فَقِيرًا فَلْيَأْكُلْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ۚ فَإِذَا دَفَعْتُمْ إِلَيْهِمْ أَمْوَالَهُمْ فَأَشْهِدُوا عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِاللَّهِ حَسِيبًا

আৰু তোমালোকে 🔺ইয়াতীমসকলক সিহঁতৰ বিবাহৰ বয়সত উপনীত নোহোৱালৈকে পৰীক্ষা কৰিবা; তাৰ পিছত সিহঁতৰ মাজত ভাল বেয়া বিচাৰৰ জ্ঞান দেখিবলৈ পালে সিহঁতৰ সম্পদ সিহঁতক ওভোতাই দিবা। আৰু সিহঁত ডাঙৰ হৈ যাব বুলি তোমালোকে লৰা-লৰিকৈ অপচয় কৰি খাই শেষ নকৰিবা। যিয়ে অভাৱমুক্ত সি যেন নিবৃত্ত থাকে আৰু যিয়ে বিত্তহীন সি যেন সংযত পৰিমাণে ভোগ কৰে। তাৰ পিছত যেতিয়া তোমালোকে সিহঁতৰ সম্পদ ওভোতাই দিবা তেতিয়া সাক্ষী ৰাখিবা; আৰু হিচাব গ্ৰহণত আল্লাহেই যথেষ্ট।
