Those who call upon, or seek help from the prophet, or from any dead person are committing a great sin of shirk. The following are the reasons accompanied by the Quranic evidence:

1- Those who died cannot support us:

And those whom you call upon besides Him are unable to support you, nor can they support themselves. 7:197

2- Those who died cannot hear us, and even if they heard us, they will not respond to us:

Those whom you call upon besides Him do not possess as much as a seed's shell. If you call upon them, they cannot hear your calls. But even if they were to hear, they would not respond to you. 35:13-14

3- Those who call on others (besides God), those whom they called upon will disown their shirk on the Day of Resurrection:

and on the Day of Resurrection, they will disown your shirk. None can inform you like One who is All-Aware. 35:14

4- The genuine believers seek help from God alone:

You alone we worship and You alone we ask for help. 1:5

 যিসকলে নবীক মাতে, বা সহায় বিচাৰে, বা কোনো মৃত ব্যক্তিৰ পৰা সহায় বিচাৰে, তেওঁলোকে শ্বিৰ্কৰ ডাঙৰ পাপ কৰিছে।  কোৰআনৰ প্ৰমাণৰ লগত তলত দিয়া কাৰণসমূহ উল্লেখ কৰা হৈছে:

 ১- মৃত্যু হোৱা সকলে আমাক সহায় কৰিব নোৱাৰে :

 আৰু তেওঁৰ বাহিৰে যিসকলক আপুনি আহ্বান কৰে তেওঁলোকে আপোনাক সহায় কৰিবলৈ অক্ষম, তেওঁলোকেও নিজকে পোহপাল দিব নোৱাৰে।  ৭:১৯৭

 ২- মৃত্যু হোৱা সকলে আমাৰ কথা শুনিব নোৱাৰে, আৰু আমাৰ কথা শুনিলেও আমাক কোনো উত্তৰ নিদিয়ে:

 তেওঁৰ বাহিৰে যিসকলক আপুনি মাতিছে, তেওঁলোকৰ হাতত বীজৰ খোলাৰ দৰে নহয়।  যদি আপুনি তেওঁলোকক মাতে তেন্তে তেওঁলোকে আপোনাৰ মাত শুনিব নোৱাৰে।  কিন্তু তেওঁলোকে শুনিলেও তেওঁলোকে আপোনাক কোনো সঁহাৰি নিদিলেহেঁতেন।  ৩৫:১৩-১৪

 ৩- যিসকলে আনক (ঈশ্বৰৰ বাহিৰে) আহ্বান কৰে, তেওঁলোকে কিয়ামতৰ দিনত তেওঁলোকৰ শ্বিৰক অস্বীকাৰ কৰিব:

 আৰু কিয়ামতৰ দিনত তেওঁলোকে আপোনাৰ শ্বিৰ্কক অস্বীকাৰ কৰিব।  কোনোৱেই আপোনাক সৰ্বসচেতন এজনৰ দৰে জনাই দিব নোৱাৰে।  ৩৫:১৪

 ৪- প্ৰকৃত বিশ্বাসীসকলে কেৱল ঈশ্বৰৰ পৰাই সহায় বিচাৰে:

 আমি কেৱল আপোনাকহে পূজা কৰো আৰু কেৱল আপোনাকহে আমি সহায় বিচাৰো।  ১:৫)
